Meet Todd & Ange!

At a time in human history when access to the whole world is at our fingertips, and society evolves at the speed of light, it can be difficult to determine what is true, who can be taken at face value and where to place our trust.  Surfing the Internet can feel like a vulnerable, risky environment.

We know how important it is for our customers to feel protected when visiting our site, for them to know we have their back!  This is why we maintain a policy of complete transparency.  We want you to know who we are and why we're here.  It's kind of like inviting you over for coffee........a chance to get to know us (Todd takes a Double Double.......Ange likes her Chai Tea Latte................with one sugar).  It's a little difficult to sum up two human beings in a handful of sentences, but here it goes!

Todd grew up in Alberta, Canada moving around a lot with the demands of the oil patch.  A lover of hockey since he was knee-high to a grasshopper, he’s a true Edmonton Oilers fan through to the bone.

Todd was severely injured in a workplace accident in 2013.  Everything changed because of it……he could no longer maintain employment in areas where he’d typically excelled.  It was time for very big changes.

The Treasure Hunters came about after years of research and a growing passion for treasure hunting!  A solid week of magic at Disney World, and a future of recreating the happiness of childhood became his new obsession.

Ange also grew up in Alberta………..one block from Todd………but they never met!!!  She used to walk past his house on the corner on her way to piano lessons as a kid.  TOO FUNNY!

She didn’t mind piano lessons but loathed practicing.  Hockey was something she avoided growing up and would switch the channel VERY QUICKLY before the rest of the family could call out, “Hey!  Is hockey on?”  She’d deny it every time.

Harry Potter, on the other hand, is Ange’s happy place!  It’s her cure for a rough day and her go-to marathon on stormy weekends with overindulgence in chips and dill pickle dip.

Prior to The Treasure Hunters, Ange was a high school English teacher which she definitely misses but is entirely content to forego the essay marking.  TREASURE HUNTING IS FAR MORE FUN!!!
