WHAT DOES "UNOPENED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING" MEAN?
This means the product has never been opened from its original packaging. If there is damage to the packaging itself, the product description will include this information. A refund will only be considered for these products if the product remains unopened with no damage to the packaging and in the same condition it was when it left The Treasure Hunters warehouse.
WHAT DOES "PRE-OWNED" MEAN?
"Pre-owned" means a product was previously owned and used prior to being placed on The Treasure Hunters website. Not new.
WHAT DOES "PRE-OWNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING" MEAN?
"Pre-owned in original packaging" means the product was previously owned and used prior to being placed on The Treasure Hunters website but has been stored in its original packaging. A refund will only be considered for these products if the product(s) is returned in its original packaging and only if the product(s) and packaging are in the same condition they were when they left The Treasure Hunters warehouse.
Product descriptions are subjective and based on our own opinion including condition, measurements and visual descriptions. Condition refers to the amount of wear we observe including wear, damage, discoloration, etc. to packaging or to the product itself. Measurements include length, width, height and weight. Visual descriptions include our interpretation of color, texture, condition, size, manufacture and artist information, year of manufacture, etc. Measurements are approximate.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CARRIER OPTIONS?
The Treasure Hunters uses Canada Post and UPS as our two shipping carriers. The various carrier rates for these two companies will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
HOW ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES DETERMINED?
Each shipping carrier sets its own shipping rates which they dictate to us. We, in turn, implement shipping discounts in order to make shipping rates more cost effective for our customers.
Please note that it is up to the customer to choose a shipping rate at checkout. Not all shipping rates include tracking and insurance. The Treasure Hunters is not liable nor responsible for lost or damaged products incurred during shipping to an order where the chosen shipping rate does not include tracking and insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to research which shipping option best meets an order's shipping needs.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, The Treasure Hunters is pleased to offer international shipping where shipping services are available.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY SHIPMENT GETS LOST DURING SHIPPING OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
The first step is to review The Treasure Hunters FAQs page regarding shipping. Unless your package was shipped via a rate that includes tracking and insurance, The Treasure Hunters is unable to provide assistance. If it does include tracking and insurance, give us a call or email us with your information, and we'll be happy to assist you.
DO I RECEIVE TRACKING WITH MY PURCHASE?
Tracking is not an automatic service when you make a purchase. You must select a shipping rate at checkout that includes tracking.
